Why is Error #9002d showing up on my BackupBuddy plugin settings page?

Error #9002d: BackupBuddy directory `/home/sc4pauobru/youwecan.org/public/wp-content/uploads/backupbuddy_temp/` is indicated as NOT being writable. Please verify write permissions for it and parent directories as applicable.
