Can you describe a typical flow of how a customer signs up to my hosting as a reseller?

First things first, as a reseller:

• You do not have to manage the server as this is a reseller hosting package. 

• You only need to manage your customers, and your own websites. 

• Your customers have the responsibility of managing their own websites.

There is no registration link for your customer, as the flow of how your customers sign-up is:

1. Customers go to your website or billing portal

2. They find the hosting package that they want. 

3. They sign-up from that website or billing portal. 

4. You receive the invoice and receipt.

5. You then go to the hosting control panel that we provide you, to create the customer's account. 

6. Then you tag/add the hosting package that you created to that customer. 

7. You email them the login details.

8. They start using their accounts to add websites and manage it themselves.
