We are not going to tell you it is managed hosting, and leave everything up to chance. Nothing for you to guess, or for us to predict (as if we are psychics, and soothsayers).
We are also not expecting you to have system administration, or development operations skills
Our believe is always that if hosting ans server side admin, or whatever that is not the core business of a company, they should be outsourcing it to experts (like us), so that the business can focus on growing itself instead.
Without further ado...
What we will manage:
- Server uptime.
- Content delivery network (CDN) uptime.
- Website application firewall (WAF) uptime.
- Functionality of the Crioshavyn's user admin panel.
- Platform optimization for high-speed WordPress performance.
- Constantly updated and monitored security. That is including enterprise-level DDoS protection at the server and your application (website) level.
- Automated Malware removal, if found within our every 12 hours scan.
- Daily off-site backups, with restore points for 90 days.
- Free migrations from your old host to Crioshavyn within 48 hours. It is free unless it involves a domain change.
- 24/7 Technical Support via tickets.
- Billing accuracy.
- Speed optimization recommendations, if requested by the customer.
What you will need to manage:
- Content for your website(s).
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for your website(s).
- Paid advertisement management for your website(s).
- Social media monitoring for your website(s).
- Password security for your website(s).
- Problems caused by poor software coding in bad templates, themes, and/or plugins created by third party developers. It is tedious, and arduous for us to troubleshoot as there are over 50k free plugins from different developers. And those are just the free ones, not even talking about the paid ones! We cannot control or guarantee that every software product out there works as you want it to, that is an issue you have to take up with the relevant company that handles the plugin, them, or software that you want to use with your website.
- Hardware issues at the user-end i.e. wonky, and about-to-leave-for-the-nether-realms laptop (get a new laptop please), Windows/Mac bugs, email client stubbornness, etc.
- For security reasons, we do not offer remote troubleshooting on customers’ hardware via TeamViewer (or any remote assistance software). You will need look for companies like this (our partner) to help you out.
- Internet connectivity issues at your end, via your internet service provider (ISP). Also your customer's side, and their ISP.
- Fixes to CSS, PHP, design, or visual improvements; these are the work of a website developer, or designer; our main goal with the technical support is to get your website back up and working normally in the most efficient, and fastest manner without additional costs to you.
- Insertion of code into your website(s) i.e. Google Adsense, Facebook pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics etc. These are relatively simple and easy, and each of those has their own documentation on their respective websites.
- Theme and plugin updates. As each website is different in terms of themes, plugins, and core software used, we cannot do these and troubleshoot these issues for you. Again, you may wish to seek help from our partner CTARe over here to help you out.
