What are basic migrations?

It is our service to help you get your WordPress websites onboarded to our platform as quickly as possible!

Once you email us a request, you will be scheduled in to allow us to get your website migrated to us. We will need your DNS settings, and WordPress administrative access in order for this to happen.

This service is provided as-is. We do not provide a guarantee on this service, nor are we liable to you, or any other third party for any incidents, losses, etc. for this requesting for this service.

Subscribers are required to give us written confirmation when the site is migrated to indicate to everyone involved that the site is working correctly as it should when it is handed over.

We do not provide migration for your email accounts. You need to make sure that you move it yourself.
