What are your limitations on basic migrations?

  1. There is a limit of 5 free website basic migrations per server, per billing year.

  2. Each website, no matter if it is used for production, or development will be counted towards the migration limit per billing period.

  3. If you have multiple servers with us, we may move the limits around - at our discretion - so that you can move most of your websites to our platform.

  4. Non-WordPress websites are not eligible for basic migration.

  5. Basic migrations are available for standard, standalone WordPress installations. We do not offer free migrations for websites with advanced functionalities, multisite, or from WP Engine's large FS.

  6. We aim to complete each of your WordPress migration within 3 business days. If it takes longer, or your migration will be delayed due to high workload from our end, we will also inform you of such.

  7. Websites with advanced functionalities will not be eligible for basic migrations.

  8. Websites with reverse proxies, or other complicated setups will not be eligible for basic migrations.

  9. Redirection rules, or redirections added to your .htaccess file will not be migrated to this platform as part of the basic migrations service. You will need to add the redirections in the platform via the Redirects tab.

  10. For whatever reason you need to test out a website's viability on our platform, and require us to migrate the same website a second time, the second migration will incur a migration charge of $79 per website.

  11. If you are not able to provide us with the website's DNS manager access, and administrative access to the WordPress backend of the website you want to migrate, then the website is not eligible for free migration.

  12. This service is provided as-is. We do not provide a guarantee on this service, nor are we liable to you, or any other third party for any incidents, losses, etc. for requesting this service.

  13. Subscribers are required to give us written confirmation when the site is migrated to indicate to everyone involved that the site is working correctly as it should when it is handed over.

  14. We do not provide migration for your email accounts. You need to make sure that you move it yourself.
