We do not use SLAs in our company. We have service level objectives (SLOs) though. This is a metric that we use to guage our response time.

All shared hosting plans have our standard ticket support.

Non-urgent issues: Response within 1 business day.

Urgent issues: Response within 12 hours.

We only support direct server issues in this regard, and will unlikely provide assistance on the website level.
