All the information below should have been emailed to your registered email upon signing up for any cloud hosting subscription with us.

In order to add a website, you first need to create a package (which we have done, we named it WS_Default).

To add a website, navigate to: Main > Websites > Create Websites

Select Package: adminWSDeafult (in this example)

Select Owner: [your username]

Domain Name: [your domain name]

Email: [your email, or your support email]

Select PHP: 7.4

- Leave the next 3 boxes unchecked.

Click Create Website

Wait for it to be created

Issue SSL

If you want to use Let's Encrypt, follow these steps. If not, skip to Use your own SSL section

Main > Websites > List Websites > Look for desired website > Click Issue SSL.

Use your own SSL

Main > Websites > List Websites > Look for desired website > Click on Manage

New tab will open.

Scroll down to Configurations > Add SSL

Copy and paste your SSL's Cert and Chain in the left box.

Copy and paste your SSL's Private Key in the box on the right.

Click on Save.

Installing WordPress + Migration

After you have done all of the above, then you can install WordPress and begin a migration after WP is done installing.

IMPORTANT: if your current website is using a admin URL that is not /wp-admin, change it back to wp-admin for the migration.

Run a backup.

Point a subdomain at your new server IP address. i.e. dev.yourdomain.com, or something else you can remember. Wait for it to propagate, then continue:

Main > Websites > List Websites > Look for desired website > Click on Manage

New tab will open.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for Application Installer > WP + LS Cache

New tab will open.

Key in the details:

Blog Title: [your desired one, this can be changed in WP]

Login User: [your desired username]

Login Password: [your desired password]

Email: [your desired admin email]

Path: [leave blank]

Ok, now YOU take a short break.

It will start to be installed. And once it is done, navigate to your subdomainname.com/wp-admin

Login with the credentials above first.

Delete the Posts, Sample pages, and all plugins including out LiteSpeed Cache plugin.

Install your WordPress migration plugin, and migrate over. Simple!

Then login via subdomainname.com/wp-admin, and then use your current website's login credentials.

Once you are done with testing and sure that you want to point the main site over, do so in your DNS settings.

Remove the subdomain then point the main website at your Crioshavyn server IP address.

Wait for it to propagate.

And voila! Your website is on our server.

IMPORTANT: If your login URL for WP backend was changed to wp-admin for this migration, you can now change it back to your custom login URL.
