What are the limits for the technical support that Crioshavyn provides?

We have this option as a managed server add-on for our VPS subscription, with limited support for your website issues.

For managed WordPress subscription, we have this available as an add-on website care option, which we have partnered with leading cyber security company CTARe, to provide.

For our managed WordPress and VPS subscription: No hosting company will tell you that they can fix third party plugins, for free. It is unfair, not reasonable, and unrealistic for us at Crioshavyn to do the same. Especially since:

1. Our trained hosting staff will need to spend countless time troubleshooting a plugin when that is job of the original plugin author or developer. You don't just pay for them for the plugin, and someone else supports it.

2. Our trained hosting developers already have their hands full with their current job scope at Crioshavyn.

3. High quality plugins already exist, why use low quality (read: poorly coded) ones, and aggravate yourself - just to save a few bucks?

4. You have the business and its growth to worry about; not figuring out why the low quality plugin isn't working. Why spend more money fixing this issue, when you can just buy the more expensive option of it, that already does the job?

5. We can restore a website and rid it from the effects of a plugin or software issue, however, we will not code, or recode that plugin or software for you.

6. RE: our free website migration service, please note that this does not apply if you wish to move an existing website to a brand new domain hosted with us. Such a migration is extremely time consuming and should be done at your current hosting company before moving to us.
