Did Crioshavyn use another name previously?

The domain name that we previously used (from year 2000) was not reflecting the value that we wanted to provide our end customers. No one wanted a rocket or rock as a mascot apparently.

In 2014, we switched to our new name and Crioshavyn properly communicated our new mission and values.

Crioshavyn is a wordplay on the words "Cryos(tasis)" and "Heaven".

When placed together, it means we are preserving heaven or freezing the heavens (in its current state).

When translated to lay man terms, we are telling our prospects and customers that we have the best configuration of infrastructure, security, and speed here for hosting your applications.

And we are preserving it (the configurations) until you want to gain access to it.

Existing customers did not have to worry about the changes, as we have propagated the changes accordingly with zero risk and downtime to our clients.

Changes (company name, branding, registration, country of registration, data center, etc.) were completed by early 2017.
