Does Crioshavyn keep backups of hosted websites?

Yes, we create daily backups of all websites hosted with us.

These backups are stored in a separate server and does not consume the storage space inclusive with your hosting account with Crioshavyn. Redundancy is also built-in.

We have 90 days of restore points for the websites hosted with us.

If you need to retrieve a copy of the bacup for a particular date, all you need to do is open a ticket with us indicating the date you want for the backup. There are no charges for retrieval of your backups.

Though it is unnecessary, as we are already taking daily backups for your website, but if you want to take your own backups using plugins, please note that we only currently support the free and paid versions of the following:

• BackupBuddy

• BlogVault

• UpDraft

Any plugin not in this list is not supported.
