Does Crioshavyn provide refunds?

Crioshavyn collects prepayments from you for your subscription. That means you are paying for a month or a year of usage in advance.
All subscriptions, be it monthly, annually, or custom quoted to you, or your organisation, are not refundable. Refunds are not available as a pro-rate option either.
After you cancel your subscription with us, you will still have access to the platform until the effective date that you have subscribed to, has expired.
Example 1, for Monthly subscription: i.e. You subscribed to us 1 July, and cancel the monthly subscription on 2 July, you will get access to the platform until 31 July.
Example 2, for Annual subscription: i.e. You subscribed to us 1 July 2015, and cancel the annual subscription on 2 July 2015, you will get access to the platform until 31 July 2016.
Important: We will not be able to extend the time for you to retrieve your backups with us should you cancel the subscription one (1) week before it is renewed by our billing system.
Our team is unable to undo this charge to your account should you miss the opportunity to cancel the subscription.
