How do I start a transfer of my domain to Crioshavyn?

Start the transfer process of your domain to Crioshavyn using the following steps:

1. Turn off WHOIS Privacy protection from your domain registrar (GoDaddy, BlueHost, Hostgator, 1&1, etc.).

2. Unlock the domain for transfer.

3. Make sure you have access to the email about the WHOIS information and that it is working properly. If it's not working, change it, and wait 24 hours before continuing to the next step.

4. Find the EPP key from your original domain registrar, and send it to us in a ticket. 

5. We will then create an invoice for the domain transfer and email it to your respective email account.

6. After you have paid the invoice, the transfer process from our side will begin.

7. You will then receive an email asking to accept the transfer.

8. After you accepted the transfer, accept it within 24 hours please; your domain will be transferred to Crioshavyn within 7 business days.
