Is website migration from our current host to Crioshavyn free?

For a limited period of time, it is a free, and fully handled by Crioshavyn.

There are limits to the number of websites that we will move to Crioshavyn, and that depends on the number of WordPress install(s) included with your subscription with us.

For example, your subscription comes with 5 WordPress installs, we will only move 5 websites over for you.

How you can initiate the process with us:

Once you have signed up and paid for a subscription with us, send us a ticket with the following details:

• Existing hosting account login credentials
• WordPress login URL
• WordPress login credentials
• Current email setup (Webmail, cPanel, G Suite, O365, or Zoho)

After we are done with the website migration, we will notify you so that you can change the nameservers at your domain registrar.

We will then need to wait for DNS propagation to take place. This may take up to 72 hours and it is not within our control (or yours)
