What are some examples of what you can or cannot do in Unlimited Under 30mins Edits add-on?

Example 1: Blog posts

Can be done by us: You want us to upload blog content that you have created with  images that you attached. You would also have sent those formatted images to us, and with instructions.

Not going to be done by us: You need us to create a blog post, and you also want us to find images and upload to WordPress with no instructions for formatting.

Example 2: WooCommerce - add a new product

Can be done by us: You need us to add a new product to your WooCommerce website (provided you have given us the content we need.)

Not going to be done by us: You request for us to create a custom checkout process for your WooCommerce website.

Example 3: Add a new plugin to your website

Can be done by us: We can help you install and set-up a plugin to use it's built-in functionality.
You will need to email us the plugin as a .zip file if it is a premium (paid) plugin.

Not going to be done by us (with this service): You want us to create new functionality that does not exist in a plugin (i.e. custom development. That is available at an hourly preferential rate).

Example 4: Edits to your Website Copy

Can be done by us: You requested for us to copy the text that you emailed to us and paste it onto the website to replace the current content on your "About" page.

Not going to be done by us: You need us to write content for or design for any of your website pages.

Example 5: Troubleshooting Issues

Can be done by us: You have requested for us to troubleshoot plugin and theme conflicts after updates. For example: deactivating and activating plugins to see which one causes the website to break. (yes, that is a troubleshooting method)

Not going to be done by us: Make hosting-level adjustments that are the responsibility of your hosting provider (change PHP settings for example); or
Plugin customizations that are the responsibility of the plugin author/developer (feature request, or plugin troubleshooting for example).

We are happy to assist you with custom development as well. That kind of project is fully covered by our hourly work at preferential rates.

Example 6: On-site SEO Changes

Can be done by us: You have requested for us to change some page titles, meta descriptions, or fix specific SEO errors found in your latest report.

Not going to be done by us: You need us to help with keyword analysis, rank tracking, backlink outreach or SEO consulting. (This is all digital marketing which is outside the scope of Unlimited Edits)

Example 7: Google Search Console (GSC) Issues

Can be done by us: You requested for us to assist to fix some specific minor WordPress errors found and highlighted in your GSC account.

Not going to be done by us: You make us fix every issue in your GSC account without context or priority.
