What happens if I exceed my bandwidth limit for my Crioshavyn hosting subscription?

Important: This article refers to bandwidth assigned to your hosting account, and is not related the the bandwidth of the content delivery network (CDN) included with your hosting subscription.

Fear not, we will not suspend your account if you exceed the assigned bandwidth for your hosting subscription with Crioshavyn.

We will send automated reminders to your email, the same one where you signed up for the Crioshavyn account with; so that you will be notified with 85% of your bandwidth has been used up.

If requested, we will have a look at your WordPress installation and make recommendations to reduce this bandwidth consumption.

If we see a pattern over 2-3 months that you are exceeding your bandwidth, we recommend that you upgrade to the next tier of hosting with us.

We currently do not have prices for overage of bandwidth, and we do not have plans to start to charge for overages. We will always recommend that you upgrade to the next tier if you exceed the current tier of bandwidth consumption.

Billing: We will suspend your account if you fail to make payment for your subscription 7 days after the invoice is sent to you, and if our billing system is unable to get the proper amount deducted from the card that you have in your Crioshavyn account.
