What kind of optimisations does Crioshavyn provide?

1. On the server level, this has been optimised to house a WordPress installation. This is already setup for you, without additional costs, and is included with the hosting subscription.

2. On the application level, where your website sits, we will include a caching plugin with your subscription (to Crioshavyn) with optimisation settings for your website to increase performance. If you require a closer look from us in the form of an audit, and/or one-time optimisation effort for maximum performance, you can open a ticket to request for one, at a one time fee of $149 per domain, per website optimisation request ***.

3. Besides that, we will also automatically optimize the images on your website when they are uploaded. This is included with your managed subscriptions with Crioshavyn.

4. At the same time, as part of our website security suite (that is included in your hosting subscription with Crioshavyn); we have a Content Delivery Network (CDN) that will boost the performance and increase the security of your website.

*** Crioshavyn reserves the rights to decline such optimization requests, if:

• The website has already been optimised or diagnosed by Crioshavyn.

• The website owner refuses to edit/change the configuration of the problematic website, i.e.: replacing a particular software, plugin, or theme that is causing issues.

• Delays caused by, or refusals by the website owner to respond on the technical issues in a reasonable and timely manner i.e. within 24 business hours.
