A lifetime plan is a no-frills situation. To reduce support costs for hosting because of the zero profits from this plan, without a doubt we cannot accommodate full support resources to this. (Support costs are the highest point for most hosting companies)

You will get support still if it is related to the server side as this lifetime plan is on the expectation you can do some troubleshooting for your websites (plugins and themes) before reaching out for support.

Added 01 Nov 2024 for clarity: For plugins and themes, we try to support where we can. Ultimately you would have to reach out to the plugin author for support since it is their product.

Any websites added as a gesture of goodwill to the lifetime plan does not fall into our support scope.
