How is website and account security handled?

For your account on our platform, each user is isolated and separated from one another. Each login to the website via SFTP also requires their own SSH key in order to be accessed.

Websites are completely isolated from one another upon creation on our platform.

For individual website security on application level, it will be your responsibility as a website owner or developer to further secure your websites from cyber threats by subscribing to a service, or using a plugin.

Free security plugins comes with limited support and features, we recommend paid security plugins for support and updates.
