On the new platform, you can login using a FTP client like FileZilla (Win/Mac) to your websites.

Due to the increased security measures, please make sure that your SSH keys have been added by us to the website. If not, please email us to get your SSH key added before you proceed with the steps below.

We recommend using a password manager like Dashlane (has free tier), 1Password (paid), and Bitwarden (has a free tier. Use their Send feature) to provide us those details.

Info to have on hand before proceeding:

  • FTP username. (available on the platform. You can click to copy the IP address, and FTP username.)

  • Location (file path) of the private key of your SSH key.

Note: you do not need to request for the FTP password using this method.

While in FileZilla
1. Click on File, then click on Site Manager.
2. Name your Site for your easy reference.
3. From the dropdown menu, select SFTP. Then input your server IP address into the Host field, and "22" in the port field.
4. From the dropdown menu, select Key file. Input the FTP username into the User field. Locate your private key by clicking on Browse, or type it in if you have the file path.
5. Click on Ok to save.

Note: Repeat the process again for all your websites.
